THINGS TO NOTE:
This is an in-home service. We would love to be as hands-on with your experience as you wish us to be, but if you need someone who does their job and gets out - We are more than happy to do that too! This is your experience, and we are here to care for you in the way that best serves you.
All food is organic, grass-fed, and pasture raised. Grains and legumes are properly prepared for optimal digestion and nutrient absorption.
We will always accommodate for food allergies as well as most preferences (gluten-free, dairy-free, basic allergies). However, if you are vegan or vegetarian, we will not be the best fit for your needs as we believe animal protein to be superior in terms of recovery and nourishment.
We exclusively store food in non-toxic containers (glass, stainless steel, or organic/biodegradable food containers). This is done for ideal food preservation, lower rates of toxins leeching into the food, and the ability to reheat in the oven without transferring to a different dish or surface. We do our best to use what you have on hand and will happily coordinate for prior pick-up according to the items that we can prepare ahead of time.
Any glass not supplied or requested will be replaced with a biodegradable/recyclable food compartment for additional “storage fee”
